how do I receive payment via email?

Hi,

I'm trying to receive money via email, but I'm stuck right now.

After this page, I can't find a way to accept my money.

If I click "go to your summary" or "View your account", they send me to my account page, and I can't find anything related to my payment.

If I click "Transfer money to your bank", I get this error page.

Am I missing something?

Since I'm not in the US, I want to solve this problem without making a phone call. Please help.

As you haven't added your country to your profile (so we can see when we hover over your username) or said in your post which country you are in so unfortunately its hard for us to advise.
Paypal varies a great deal country to country so you need to tell us where you are on this worldwide community forum.

You say you are in S Korea 'right now' does that mean you have a South Korean paypal registered account or another countries account?

Are the funds being sent in your own currency or another one?

Have you confirmed your email address and received funds before?

I am sorry  to know that you're having issues receiving funds to your PayPal account. I understand how important it is to have funds at the right time. As per the information that you've shared, I understand that you've registered your account in the US but current locate in South Korea. You're running in to this  problem  to receive funds right away is because PayPal is  country specific. In this case, you may have to contact PayPal Customer Support Team through the available contact options on our website so that our representatives can help you with accessing funds.
