make transfers from Switzerland bank

Hello, I would like to know how to fill in the information to make transfers from a Swiss bank (BCV) to my Paypal account.
The bank will not let me make the transfer if I do not have the following information: name, street, town, postal code, communication to the beneficiary and personal reference.
When accessing Paypal the data I must add are:

Account number

Transaction Code

Clearing number

i don't know where should I put this datas. if someone know it please help me.

I understand you'd like to learn how to transfer money to your PayPal account. The information you're requesting isn't information we're able to provide. Your PayPal account isn't associated with an account number; it's tied to your confirmed PayPal email address. The other numbers are also typically numbers assigned after a transaction was initiated. 

When transferring money to and from your PayPal account, I do not recommend initiating the transfer from your bank's side. This transaction will not be traceable by PayPal, and if anything happens, we will not be able to help if it doesn't reach us.
