Is there any way to send money request to people with multiple payment amounts as options so that they can choose from and pay?

I understand you'd like to learn more about requesting money through PayPal. There isn't an option to adjust money requests and allow multiple payment amounts. However, you could create an invoice and allow partial payments. You can learn how to create and send an invoice in our Help Center here.
