transaction pending, how to fix this issue or can cancel ? this customer service so slow and no solution at all like talking to robot

Pending where as that would help us advise you?

pending echeque to your paypal balance from a buyer?
pending to a company with you as the buyer?
pending / unclaimed to a seller?
pending / unclaimed with a cancel option to a seller?
pending withdrawal to your bank account?
pending adding funds to your paypal account?

why can't paypal stop a pending transaction for an e-check when sender wants it stopped bc they found out it was a scammer.

Paypal can't stop processing payments from a bank account.

The fact its pending means paypal have NOT received the funds yet.

The funds as echeques go via the slower transfer option via ACG in batches.

When it clears then that is when paypal has received it and credits to the recipient.

If you want it stop try your bank but they may not be able to help either.

Failing that when it clears open a dispute if you don't receive your item?

Just asking, the chronology is that I finished a transaction with a foreigner via PayPal. First, I asked for the 0.01$ test to be sent to me, it turned out it came in quickly. Well, the second one with a large nominal amount has been entered but here it has been pending for more than 12 hours and has not yet entered PayPal. But there is a history. How is this? They say that E-checking transactions take 4-7 days, is that true? So can a transaction like this be cancelled? aka can it be withdrawn again? Because the goods are not bad. I'm afraid of getting scammed. Please help
