They have a business account so don't business have to supply their business address or is that only on their website?

Thank you for your question! You are correct. Business account holders would be prompted to supply phone number and address specifically to be used for Customer contacts. In addition, any seller would be prompted to supply a shipping address if a Not As Described case required a return.
