Hello, im trying to connect my card and paypal gives me on website message "your card is declined" and on paypal app "we are not able to confirm now", i was trying multiple times beacuse i didnt know that my card was unactive bescuse it is a new card so i dont know should i wait or do something ( card is now active i linked it on apple)

Allow 72 hours before clearing cache / trying another browser and if no luck contact customer services as per link.
