Can I buy cryptos with my Paypal account and once purchased can the coins, token etc. be moved to a software or hardware wallet after purchase?

With PayPal you can Buy, hold and sell Crypto. Currently you are not able to transfer your Crypto Currency to your PayPal balance or Bank account. You can find more information on how to buy Cryptocurrency with PayPal here.
