Hello everyone
On the first of January, Croatia replaced its local currency, the HRK, with the Euro.
On January 2, I tried to make a payment for an item purchased on Ebay. When paying via Paypal, i needed to Confirm my card
After trying to confirm
I received the following message:
"We had to remove Visa Debit Card •••• from your account"
"We couldn’t confirm that you’re the owner of this card. Contact the card issuer or link another one."
I get this message everytime i try to add new card
When will we be able to pay for purchases via Paypal again in Croatia?

Welcome to the PayPal Community Forum. I can understand it must be a bit frustrating running into these kind of errors when using PayPal. Have you tried clearing your browser's cookies and history, yet? That should help with any potential browser issues present. If you're still unable to link your card after that, I would first check with your card issuer to make sure there are no outstanding issues there. After that, you may wish to reach out to our Customer Support teams for further assistance.

i'm curious to know what your bank said, I'm having the same issue. Not able to confirm my debit card - the bank say they are sending the verification code, but I am not receiving it. I would welcome hearing what your bank said and how they resolved this...
