Cannot link a bank account

Hi, I am trying to add a bank account to Paypal.

However, it's said that the bank account you're trying to link can't be added at this time due to one or more security factors.

Please, guide me how can I resovle the issue.

You have a U.S paypal account so do you live in the U.S and are you trying to link a U.S bank account and not a virtual/digital bank account?

If so and you still have issues check the link.

Yes, I have a US Paypal and I am trying to add an US bank account.

I have also checked https://www.paypal.com/us/smarthelp/article/FAQ798.

I don't see any issue against the article above.

Could Paypal team investigate the issue directly?
