Welcome! Thanks for visiting PayPal's Community Forum. Sorry to hear you've run into some issues getting a reply from our support via the Message Center. Currency changes like you're looking for do need to be completed by our Customer Support, however there are a few different ways to reach them. I would suggest trying Facebook PM, Twitter DM, or Instagram DM.
