Help me connect my PayPal account to my Google pay account

I keep getting the same message every time "sorry for the inconvenience but we can not process ur request at this time." I only want to connect my PayPal account with my Google pay account just like I do all my accounts. Please help me it's becoming frustrating.

I tried to link my google ads from my computer with different browsers and i also tried to link it from my phone but they show me the same message
