Help me understand accept mandate🤔

(I’m not English everything translated) I’ve recently created my PayPal account to purchase Etsy clothing I just verified my PayPal bank, and received the email confirming it was verified. Also I have money pending it won’t go through till I accept the mandate. There’s a “accept mandate” on top of my bank, I’m unsure what to do as there no steps of how to do it, can someone help me?

My apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused. It is possible that you haven't confirmed your bank account as it shows as “accept mandate” in your wallet page. I recommend you to confirm your bank account first in order to accept the payments.
