Help with confirming a debit card (Egypt)

I'm trying to confirm my debit card, and I've entered all the necessary details correctly (also checked with my bank), but it keeps telling me that my card was rejected. My card supports international transactions. Is there another way to confirm my card?

Think it has to be a credit visa in your country to allow for the automatic withdrawal of funds.
