How can I get the Security Code for Confirming the Card?

I can't get the security code after adding my card for the confirmation of the card.

This is the message that shows when I add my card:

It was my MasterCard (debit)

Try to Check your CNR numbers and also check the expiration of your card. Maybe you missed your card number

Try to Check your register email in paypal account or used your registered phone number to receive a confirmation codes
