It has to be the ‘international’ Verve Global Card backed by Discover (card) Global Network.

If you have that card, then click Link a card button on the Wallet page of your PayPal account.

Is not an international verve card and am not in my country right now, am in senegal in West African country, please is there any other way I can verified my account so I can receive money there
