How do I use an eBay gift card?

Received an EBay Gift Card (NOT Credit card) for Christmas, but can’t figure out how to use it or where to enter it’s info anywhere. The back of the card doesn’t help & it’s NOT a credit card!

Because my almost 2000 purchases were purchased with PayPal, and I can link certain accounts/payment options to it is the reason it was asked here!  FYI

ok, but ebay is a totally separate company so unlikely you can add their card to a paypal account these days.

Doesn't mean another person hasn't run into this same issue as PayPal and Ebay work hand in hand for years now. Just sayin'.  I found the answer finally. The option only shows up after an Ebay transaction occurs and you have the option to enter the info at checkout.
