I cannot charge my paypal with my credit card

Hello. I would like to charge my paypal account by my verified card. When I cllick "wallet" -> "transfer money" -> "Add money to Your balance" it offeres me ONLY description, how to use bank transfer. This way is not clear for me, because I should use ID number and name of bank etc and in my bank these data are not possible to add for transfer.
Does someone know how to add my card for charging account? Why it doesnt work?

How do I add a credit card to my PayPal account?

It’s not possible to add money to your PayPal account in Czech Republic. You must pay with your added/confirmed card when you pay with your PayPal account.

When you buy something, click PayPal button to pay, log in to your PayPal account and select your card and finish checkout. No need to add money.

Thank You for explaining. I needed to charge it for sending money to someone and it didnt allowe me to use my card. So its impossible .. good to know. Thank You so much
