I removed my linked card from my PayPal account, and I'm trying to link this card to my wife's PayPal account, but I keep receiving a message that "This card is linked to another account" even though I removed it. I have been trying for a while but all in vain...

Allow 72 hours between removing and adding + clear cookies/cache and if no luck try another browser/device OR ask customer services for help to link it?

Hi, The card I’m trying to link, has been removed from the other account a month ago, so I definitely exceeded 72 hours between removing and adding.
