PayPal savings from PayPal business? How?

How to make a PayPal Savings through PayPal business l? Do I have to get a personal PayPal? How? If I tried to transfer to PayPal savings and it keeps saying something went wrong try again later. What do I do?

Merchant (aka Business) accounts are not eligible for Savings accounts. You can read more about this in our FAQ
