Paysera card PayPal account link credit card

My Paysera card has been declined when i tried to link it to my PayPal account, my profile is verified and all informations about my card has been entered correctly, same adresse, i have not already linked my card to any other PayPal account.

I am sorry to know that you're having issues while linking your card. Please take a look at this help center article to know why your card is being declined. Kindly note if you can only link Visa card or US bank account to withdraw funds and also know that virtual cards aren't compatible with the PayPal system.  If the issue persists, reach out to our customer support team through the available contact options on our website.
