Problem to get a code to confirm my card.
a week ago i have linked a card to my account, but when i want to confirm my card, i can't get a code. when i click "get a code", it keeps saying "we're sorry. we're not able to process your request right now. please try again later."
i've been waiting for 2-3 days to try again. but the problem is still the same.
I was suggested by Paypal on Twitter to delete and re-add the card to check if that resolves the issue. but it doesn't work.
Please, is there any solution to make this work? Thank you.

...Wow... Rigth now I've got a letter that says of some updates of my account. After that I'd try to confirm my card and I done it easy!

I was having this problem for a couple weeks, every time I tried to confirm my cards with the verification codes on my credit card statements, I would get an error message saying "We're sorry. We're not able to process your request right now. Please try again later." I tried everything, including disabling all my browser extensions, restarting, and clearing my browser cache, but nothing worked.
Finally, I decided to try using a different browser, and voila! It worked! For some reason PayPal just isn't interacting nicely with Google Chrome for this page—Safari on the other hand worked immediately.
So my suggestion if you're running into this problem is this: try another browser (Internet Explorer or Firefox if you're on a PC, Safari if you're on a Mac). Hopefully that will solve the problem for you!

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
