I entered my payments exactly as received on my statement and it kept saying it was wrong.Now they have removed the account I was trying to confirm and cant re-add it now

My banking adding problem

how to remove my account details from that account and add this account so that i can do transaction smoothly.

You can only add the same bank account about 2 times then it just wont let you and more and Paypal cant/wont do anything about. This is the issue I faced when I finally set my own up however my account was only ever on 1 othwr Paypal account yet they still won't do anything
