Red Exclamation Mark on Indian Credit Card. Unable to use!

Hello friends,

I am unable to use my Indian Credit Card on PayPal since last few months. It has a red exclamation mark against my card and keep asking to Confirm the card. When I confirm, it throws a message that the card has been confirmed, but I still can't use it. Please help.
