Remove inactive bank account from wallet.

I have a couple of inactive bank accounts that I would like to remove from the wallet. I have an active bank account and direct debit set up for PayPal payments etc. When I try to remove the inactive bank accounts a message comes up saying unable to do so. Has anyone experienced this and able to offer any help or advice please. Thanks.

Log into your account, Click on Wallet, select the card you want to remove, Click Edit, and them Click Remove Card.

If you are using a browser to get to the website when getting the error message, try using a different browser.

Read the bit at the bottom of the link for reason why you may not be able to remove it.

They are trying to remove bank accounts not cards.
