Trouble Adding Bank Over 1 Month

I'm having trouble adding my bank account to my profile. The customer support team is unable to perform a security check for verification. They say system does not offer any security check. I've been trying to add bank for over 1 month now. What's the solution? What should I do now?

You have a U.S business account so can you confirm you are in the U.S?

Secondly does the name on your bank account exactly match the name on your bank account?

Is it a physical bank and not a virtual/digital bank that Paypal do not support?
