I can't link my wife's N26 bank account to my Paypal. Her Revolute bank was possible, but N26 isn't for some unknown reason.
The help section of Paypal is not useful, as I have tried to find an answer there. IF the reason is that the name on her bank account is different from my name, then I wouldn't have been able to have linked her Revolut either, right?
Paypal does not support Wise / Payoneer (or any other virtual banks). Whilst you can sometimes add an account it wouldn't work properly and Paypal advise you against trying. If you do succeed then Paypal wouldn't be responsible for any missing funds to or from that virtual / digital bank account.

Never add someone else’s financial account to your account. Get your wife to open her own PayPal account and link her cards to it. Then you can transfer to each other’s PayPal account and she can make withdrawals of money sent to her to her linked cards. Can’t believe people are using their PayPal account in such careless way. Very risky.
