I am also experiencing the same issue. I can't link my bank card, it gets declined without stating what's the problem..

hey ayanda I think I figured what you supposed to do. Your card is supposed to have $1 which they can take and refund back. And also make sure that your card is enabled for online purchases(usually standard bank is disabled if you are in south africa). Hopefully that will solve your problem.

Sorry to hear that you're not able to link your card. There are some cards that aren't compatible for use with PayPal. This may include most online or virtual cards.
