money disappeared from the wallet

Hi,

I received money in my wallet and it was in my balance.

But when I checked my balance after a week, it shows zero balance.
I did not make any transactions from the balance, only a bank card linked to PayPal.

There is no clue in the transaction records where the money went.
What to do?

I am sorry to know that the received money has disappeared and I understand how important it is to have funds at the right time. In general, if you have received money, you will be notified via email and the transaction will reflect on the activity page and if the sent money or made any purchases, the first payment method will be your PayPal balance. Since you mentioned that you haven't made any transactions and there is no record of other transactions after receiving money, it is possible that this might be due to some technical glitches. If it is not that glitch or an issue and if the money still doesn't reflect, please reach out to our PayPal Customer Support team through the available contact options on our website so that our advisors can research and look for the funds.  Support is also available through Facebook private messages or Twitter direct messages.
