paypal weird message

Today I received a message from Paypal that the negative balance has increased. After I replenished it, they did not put it on the account, but increased the negative one.

I see you have questions about an email you received from PayPal about your negative balance. If you've already paid for the balance, then it might take 3–5 days for the payment to update and reflect correctly. If this is not the case and you're seeing an increase in the negative balance, check if the payments you sent went through successfully and contact PayPal directly so that they can look into your account and help you resolve it quickly.
