2 small deposits

PayPal has not send the 2 small deposits to my checking to confirm it, yet they withdrew a small amount that is supposed to be after the deposits. How do I get my money back?

PayPal withdrew money from my account before depositing it. That's the issue.

Were you adding a bank account or a debit card?

How much was deducted and what does it say it was taken for ?
