Auto Wallet by PayPal

I volunteer at an organisation where the members (seniors) pays membership via PayPal when I process their information and then makes the one off Payment via the PayPal link. Used to be able to pay as guest where I have to insert the member's details.  However when transferred to the PayPal site, it automatically brings up my personal wallet instead of allowing me to pay using the members credit card details as guest. How do I overcome this?

Hello @spooners

Thanks for stopping by the Community; welcome!

I'm sorry to hear that you've been unable to use the guest checkout feature when making payments to the organisation where you volunteer at. Sometimes, the guest checkout option is not available due to our Security System if it determines higher-than-average risk. To help with that, it's a good idea to always log in from one consistent device with your location services turned on.

Another possibility is that the organisation has adjusted some of their settings to no longer accept guest checkout payments. If you know who is in charge of the PayPal account, I might suggest having them review their PayPal buttons and other integration. If they need any help, they are welcome to contact Customer Support through one of these options. Customer Support would also be able to discuss with them other options that might help streamline accepting in-person payments based on their account.

I hope this helps and the option is available again soon!
