Bill pay adding Payee ' Chase Credit Card' not working

Paypal unable to add Chase Credit card for 'Bill Pay' using multiple devices app and internet, but use to work with previous credit card. The credit card is also added to Paypal Wallet. I have had 2 replacement credit cards and neither work. In Paypal, choose Payments, then search chase. Select "Chase Mastercard and Visa'. Enter account number and zip code which I verified. Then, click 'add your bill'. Error message in red s "check your info and try again.' I called chase and they explained not our issue. I can pay credit card online with Western Union. My theory, there is data from the previous credit card in Paypal which was working and when I try to add any new cards the info cannot overwrite what is in Paypal database. Please forward to dev group and I can provide screen shots. Thanks!

I was successfully able to add other cards to the bill pay section.

I cannot add CHASE credit card to bill pay section.

I want to pay CHASE credit card bill. BUT PayPal will not allow this.

The same credit card is already on my account (I can use the card to make purchases), but this single card cannot have its bill paid via paypal. I do not know why or how to resolve. (I have screenshots of everything.)

Sorry to dig up this old one, but it doesn't look like it was ever resolved.  I'm having the issue as well, but I think it's on Chase's end.  When I login to my account at Chase, it tells me I have "no eligible cards to add to Paypal".  However, I can see my Chase Ink card right on the page.  So, it's the right login in case there is any question.
