Buyer lying about item condition, what can I do?

Hi, I have sold an item to a seller who has paid g&s and has now opened a case against me. It looks as if PayPal are now allowing the sender to return the item for a refund and have held my PayPal account in negative funds. I provided plenty on information on what the buyer did wrong including not looking at the photos, not looking at the item condition, saying I didn't list the condition when I have proof I did. She also has clearly not researched the item as all and is complaining that the brass is rusty dispite the fixtures not being rusty, simply tarnished as happens with bras that isn't cleaned every week or two. I feel it's really unfair that they're allowing her to have a refund for her own mistake, I dont see how it's my fault that she cant be bothered to clean an item that was listed as condition "used - fair". Does anyone know if I can add anything to my case so she doesn't get let off for lying? What happens to her refund if this goes ahead as my PayPal is in negatives, will they just take the money off of me? This whole situation is totally putting me off PayPal, so stressful for a low cost item!

Paypal never sees the item in question so its always one persons word against anothers and the other party is always going to think it is unfair.

However if paypal have found for the buyer then they have to return the item trackable (to prove delivery) before you have to refund.

If you are selling online you have to accept you are always going to get the odd bad transaction.
