Card is not compatible

hi there, i got money sitting in my paypal account but when i try add a card to my account its telling me these cards cant be used for tranfers. what do i need to do should i maybe open an FNB account cause i live in South Africa. cause when i added someone elses card that is FNB it doesnt work still.

Has to be an FNB bank account not card.
