Paypal varies a great deal country to country so you need to tell us where you are on this worldwide community forum.

The first step I'd recommend is clearing your browser's cache, cookies, and history. If that doesn't help, I'd recommend checking your Resolution Center for any steps that require any attention as well as trying to add another card first before removing the old one. From there, you may want to try contacting our Customer Support teams to see if there's any support they can offer.
