Credit card couldn't be activated

Hi 👋, I want to add credit card of American express to PP. Unfortunately I couldn't verify it, because there is no for digit code in the direct debit initiated by PP. Do you have an idea how I else can verify it?

IGNORE THE SCAMMER @Technicals  THEY ARE TRYING TO SCAM YOU DON'T SEND THEM ANYTHING.

THEY DO NOT WORK FOR PAYPAL.

Paypal is country specific so you have to add a card that has the same billing address as your paypal account.

yes, I use credit card from my country.

No not 2-3 days but the money was debited already
