Did not receive verification code to complete visa confirmation

I did not receive a message about the visa confirmation code even though money was deducted. Ask paypal to explain this issue? If you do not receive the code, please refund me so I can proceed again. This is a picture about it:

The code is sent to your CARD statement. If you do online card banking then check there, if not check your monthly bank / card statement when you get it in the post.
