When I try to send crypto (BTC, ETH) to my personal wallet, I get an error message: "There's a problem. Right now, we're not able to complete this transaction."
I was able to send crypto once successfully for each coin (around $50 each) but now when I try to send I get this error message.
I asked customer service and they said there's a technical problem and they're working on it. Of course that's fine but I'm surprised that I'm the only one reporting the problem (at least in the past week or so).
I've tried:
- sending smaller amounts
- different address
- waiting a few days
- different platform
- clearing cookies
Nothing works. Anyone out there able to send crypto? Am I the only person even trying?
