I have a old account from another country and I have closed it + removing the card on that account, but for some odd reasons when I register my card on my new account, it straight up said "Card is in another account" (???)

Paypal is country specific so you would need to add a card with the same billing address as your paypal account.

But the thing is, I have unlinked the card from that closed account but PayPal still has it registered, is there some sort of grace period for that card to be finally unlinked from the closed account?
