Sorry to hear that you're not able to confirm your card. Thanks for the help @kernowlass! Have you followed the steps to confirm your card from a web browser:
Go to your Payment Methods.
Click the card you want to confirm.
Click the Confirm Card link. (If you don’t see the link, we’ve automatically confirmed your card and there’s nothing else you need to do.)
Review the information and click OK.
If you're not able to complete the steps, please try clearing cache/cookies and also try using a different browser or device to see if this works. If the issue persists, please reach out to our team through the available contact options at the bottom of PayPal page for additional assistance.
