How to remove Visa card set up as Automatic payment?

My card is set up as Automatic payment. I can not set a different one as Automatic payment because I don't have another Visa account - it is only giving me the current one, which I want to delete, as an option. When I click More about automatic transfers, it says:
We can’t keep a balance in your PayPal account because of regulations in BA. We automatically transfer any payments you receive on PayPal to your U.S. bank account or Visa card on the first of every month.
I am not expecting any payments, and I don't need that option, just want to remove my card. Please help me to achieve that.

Don't think you can remove the credit visa as you need it to receive OR have it auto withdrawn.
Check the link as you are in one of the affected countries.
