Please, A friend of mine added my visa card to his PayPal account. He had deleted the card from his account but when I try to add it to my account, I receive an error message saying the card is linked with another PayPal account. I am confused and frustrated because I can clearly see that the card has been deleted from the other account. Please help me out.
Allow 72 hours between removing and adding + clear cookies/cache and if no luck try another browser/device OR ask customer services for help to link it?
