Hello, good day Paypal community, I would like to ask an assistance regarding my Paypal problem, you see I've been trying to find ways in order for me to be verified in paypal, but there's only one problem, I can's seem to receive a 4 digit code for my card withdrawal limits remove and card confirmation, my online bank which is GCASH, stated that the transaction was successful on their end, but the problem is PAYPAL is the one not accepting my transaction, please help me fellow community, here's an SS for reference
