Seems like 2 of recent LTC external transfers say they are added to the blockchain but they are not on the blockchain... It's like Paypal isnt broadcasting LTC transactions. I have already incurred fee's trying to sell and buy other cryptos (BTC) to try to workaround this outage.. Hopefully I'll be re-imbursed
