Linking a NZ bank account

I cannot link my Westpac NZ bank account to my Paypal Wallet. I have tried dashes in the right places, no dashes, and suggestions of putting in only a couple of dashes - but it simply doesn't work. This is my first ever transaction of receiving money through Paypal. Can anyone help me with this?
