My funds transfer to my card is failed without no reason, This is my first time I had this issue, I always do this transfer without any issue!!
This is the message I have received:
"Your transfer could not be completed
We're sorry but we were unable to approve your request to transfer $$$$ USD to your card. You will see the funds and any fees reflected back in your PayPal balance."
I have been doing this transfer for years and this is the first time I have encountered this problem!
