PAYPAL TO GOOGLE WALLET

im trying to add my paypal so i can pay without using my card. but due o my bank having issues they cant connect my card directly to google wallet so im trying to do it via paypal. im using a android. SAMSUNG Galaxy Z Flip 6. and each tutorial that i search up is telling me too "Press add to wallet, then payment card, then paypal" but this is for Cards.... HELP IS NEEDED!

For anybody who has tried this outside germany and us it does NOT WORK!!!!! i hope this becomes a international thing.
