PayPal Balance

I'm expecting a payment but nothing shows on my paypal balance, the sender confirmed that the payment was made successfully and my Paypal account is all setup and ready to receive payments, what is it seems to be the problem ?

Thank you, so i think my payment is in hold period for 30 days based on the agreement

If it was on hold then it would show in your balance.

I was thinking more that section 1 applied here?

Actually my account is all set up and verified, email adresse and the visa card is linked and verified as well, i didn't add a us bank but i added and verified the visa card, so i don't know where is the issue, i couldn't contact customer service agent they said they aren't available now

Is it a credit and not a debit visa?

Sorry, it is actually debit card.

The sender told me there is a delay on the reception of my payment from paypal

For you to be able to receive funds you have to link a credit visa card as per link already posted.

Oh so it has to be a visa credit card, I'm using wise visa card from the bank of wise and i really didn't faced that issue before but i may try a credit visa card and try again, thank you sir
