Today I linked my Payoneer Mastercard card with my Paypal. and I confirmed it. Apparently, I cant withdraw funds from my Paypal to that new card. Does anyone encounter a problem like this?

Paypal does not support Wise / Payoneer (or any other virtual banks).
Whilst you can sometimes add an account it wouldn't work properly and Paypal advise you against trying.
If you do succeed then Paypal wouldn't be responsible for any missing funds to or from that virtual / digital bank account.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

While I appreciate all your help on the Payoneer related threads, I think the "virtual banks are not compatible with Paypal" message does not really apply on issues related to cards. Payoneer cards are Mastercards issued by a service. They're not a virtual bank or an "account", nor is Payoneer itself a virtual bank. These cards can be issued without a virtual bank and are more like the digital cards from any service. You use it to access your currencies or wallets not a virtual bank.
The common issue with Payoneer and Paypal is that they can give you a fake US bank called a "virtual bank" to use as a proxy to receive deposit payments into your Payoneer balance. This is not compatible most of the time with Paypal's US bank verification system. However, this is irrelevant to card issues as these banks are not capable of having a "card" linked to them to be used in Paypal, they're just normal Mastercards.
Looking through the threads it almost gives the impression that Paypal is selective with which Mastercard issuers it acknowledges and particularly singles out those issued by digital services like Payoneer (so like itself), which is a completely different statement than not supporting virtual banks and warrants an official statement of so. Not being able to reverse withdrawals to debits on the other hand is a common issue in debits with Paypal unrelated to virtual banks. In Egypt for example, only 1 or 2 banks can have payment reversal withdrawal successfully on their debits. I wouldn't say it is because Paypal doesn't support virtual banks from Payoneer and call it a day as it might be worth discussing if some Mastercard issues cannot have debit withdrawal.
