I’ve been trying to link my vanilla gift card to my paypal account for a while now and it keeps saying that my card was declined and I need to use another one. I knew knew linking a gift card to my paypal account was such a problem untill I tried it. I saw some stuff online about the problem being the billing address and when I tried to register my card for a billing address, I couldn’t find a website that would let me do that. I have a physical card in Canada but when I changed my location to the United States, it almost worked untill it showed the care was linked to another account which it was not. I’ve tried everything and I just can’t seem to do it. I do not think this is a problem with the card because I’ve used this card to buy many things off Amazon and SHEIN.
